Q: Why should I sign up for the newsletter?
A: By joining the newsletter you will receive information on new games, puzzles, toys and many other fun activities we have planned!
Q: Where can I buy your products?

A: The newsletter is free!
Q: What is the magnetic powder in Wooly Willy made of?
A: The Original Wooly Willy contains 7 grams of magnetic powder each, and that powder is made of iron.
Q: What are your shipping charges for phone or online orders?
A: We charge $5.95 for items totaling up to $10, $6.95 for items totaling between $10 and $25, $8.95 for items totaling between $25 and $50, $10.95 for items totaling between $50 and $100, $12.95 for items totaling $100 and up. Premium and express rates are available upon request, please call 800-524-4263.
For Canada shipments, please add an additional $10.00 for shipping. Any additional duty and taxes charged at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the end consumer, PlayMonster is not responsible.
If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call 800-524-4263 to place your order as it will cost more for shipping.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time. Please contact us at 1-800-524-4263 during those hours if you have any questions.
Q: I can’t find any Tribond, Blurt! or Mad Gab products on your site. What happened to these games?
A: The brand rights to these games were sold in 2004.
Q: I bought/received a game as a gift and don’t want it. Can I return it to PlayMonster for a refund?
A: If you bought the item from a store or another online retailer, you will need to return it to the retailer where it was purchased. If you made your purchase directly through us, via online or by phone, please call us at 800-524-4263 to get a return authorization number. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase less shipping and handling within 90 days of the date of purchase. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery service.
Q: How long will shipping take once I order a product?
A: Once your order is placed, if you choose Regular Shipping and live in the continental U.S., you can expect it to arrive in 7 to 10 business days. If you live in Canada, your order will ship UPS and can take between 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Q: How can I get a missing piece for my game/puzzle?
A: If you are missing a piece to your game or puzzle, please contact Customer Service at opens in a new windowplaymonster@playmonster.comcreate new email with a detailed description of the piece(s) you are missing, pictures, and your address. As long as the item is in our current product line and we have available pieces for it, we will send them out to you. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

A: Occasionally we do offer coupons for our games. You may want to join the newsletter, which sometimes gives special offers to its members.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: If the product is purchased directly through us via the online store or by phone and you live in Wisconsin or Pennsylvania, you will be charged the corresponding state tax on the item(s) and shipping cost.

A: PlayMonster.com does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use PlayMonster.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
